Our mission in development assistance is to:­

Provide meaningful professional advice and support to development partners in transport infrastructure, access and public service delivery, contributing to socio-economic development and poverty alleviation.
 

We strive to excellence in the delivery of our services and do so with diligence in our approach. We aim at improving capacity of people and organisations in a developing environment. We believe that by working together with local professionals the mix of our international experience with local skills and knowledge enhances the quality of outputs and results in optimal impact. Therefore we look favourably at registering and engaging experts from developing countries.

OCA aspires to bridge the gap between emergency aid and development. We believe that we are uniquely placed to provide services that are necessary in the period of transition, understanding the immediate needs and providing the basis for structural and institutional development.
